Food Review: Savoring NIU by Vikings’ goodness

Niu by Vikings, an upscale buffet restaurant, is surely one of the  places you shouldn’t miss to satisfy the foodie in you. They have soothing interior design, top notch service  crew and best of all,  offer wide selection of delectable cuisines (Mediterranean, Chinese, Japanese, French and Italian cuisines).NIU by Vikings interior panorama

Goodness in Foodness – the NIU By Viking’s way

Ilan pa lang ang na-try ko na buffet restaurant pero sa iilan na  iyon I can say na classy talaga dito sa NIU by Vikings. I like yung lighting, food presentation and furniture.

But apart from coziness, yung ambiance makes me feel that when my date treats me here, he wants me to feel special. Something like  satisfying my cravings and discover other food that I don’t know.

I like it na parang pagkagusto ko sa superb iced tea at  mango shake. I hope makainom ako ulit noon, soon!

Creation to Presentation

NIU by Vikings Grill StationIn addition sa pagtakam sa mga customers ay first yung food presentation. I like that they make it a point na hindi lang sila nag-dwell sa malinis at maayos kundi may art din.  Yung paglalagay ng display like yung cute little boat, turtle, fruits inside the glass tube at old phonograph player ay nakadagdag sa pang-akit ng bawat counter. That add characters sa bawat cuisine like yung sa Grill Station na ang mga ingredients ay mostly fish. Without asking or reading yung tag, I’ll know  na galing sa dagat yung mga sahog and fresh. Kasi magandang bangka  yung naka-display – may something na symbolism.

I’m also fond of unique utensil  especially plates. Isa ito sa pinapansin ko sa mga unique restaurants dahil for me isa itong form ng branding. And though NIU by Vikings prefer neutral colors (Black and White)  may shapes at mukhang matibay ang kanilang plato at baso. I don’t know yung tawag sa shape ( kidney shape ba?) but  yung platito ay cool and fit sa bawat serving ng food. Minus mess and you’ll savor the whole packaging of  every delicacy.

Going back there is not a question for me, it a goal to fulfill.  I want to try their Mediterranean, Italian and other cuisines.
