Dry run, soft opening, marketing strategy or kasal ko – ano man ang naging impression ng aming nakaraang Post Valentine’s Day BBQ Night, for me it’s a fun and successful test of my siblings’ lucrative family business. And I’m very thankful to all our friends who support that first ever eat all you can barbecue extravaganza.
fruit of love + spark of hope x teamwork
We’re blessed na magkaroon ng maluwag na garden na usually ay parking lot ng laruan, sasakyan, doggy, toys, leaves and in short, tambayan. It’s easy to say na mai-convert ito sa semi grill bar but in reality, naku po! Matrabaho.
Nevertheless, that’s part of our test and I commend my older (kailangan ipagdiinan) siblings-Mary Ann Gonzales, Marcial Laristan, and Kuya Marlon plus his wife (sister-in-law Susan) sa kanilang food preparation.
This is it! The Night of Feel All Emotions you Can
True, entrepreneurship is not a laughing matter. I’m so nervous that night kasi gusto ko maging successful and I really pray na ma-satisfy ang mga customers/friends namin. And talaga naman parang estudyante lang, kung kailan ka nagka-cramming dun mo napapansin yung tiny but important details.
I appoint myself bilang host/ MC/ entertainer . The good thing may na-compose naman akong poem (abangan sa kabilang blog).
I’m sure and bonggang-bongga pa.
