Business Idea: Let’s talk about Buy and Sell Online

I went to AyosDito.ph’s [which merge with OLX.ph] I-Ball that taught me about  buy and sell online. I realized there na apart from it’s income-generating thing na free (pa) to do at nakaka-enhance ng marketing, people and online skills mo.

Totoo na may mga libre pa rin sa buhay, basta ba you’re open to possibilities and willing to exert effort. Nakatanggap ako ng invitation dito through Nuffnang at nakipag-communicate na ako sa kanila. ‘Di ba kahit libre, kung tatamaan ka ng katamaran at iba ang priority mo, kahit isang minuto lang puwedeng palampasin mo na lang. Eh kaso desidido talaga ako so yoyoyo!

 Points in Buying and Selling Online


  • Usually this is sideline or part time business of Filipinos  que pandagdag o  pinaka-source of income.
  • For me, the good thing about it is your products are (almost) ready and easy to sell.  Puwedeng branded (dati – di na ngayon ata), new or second hand at ang kailangan mo lang ay mai-market sa taong nangangailangan nito.
  •  Online buying and selling site is one of the cheapest way to advertise your product– Especially kung ang target market mo ay nag-o-online.  Traditional naman ‘yong  nakikita natin sa mga newspaper partikular na iyong nasa classified ads section.
  • The most effective online ad is with photo and clear description.  Nung nakausap ko si Ma’am Tanya  dapat daw ay  detalyado rin iyong may kung anong oras ka puwedeng i-contact at saan ang meet-up.  Tama naman siya kasi nung mag-post ako, biruin mo may nagtatanong ng ad ng 2 in the morning at kung makatawad wagas!
  • Always be careful when it comes to dealing and meet-ups. Whether you’re the seller or buyer doon ka makipag-meet sa alam mong safe at magdala ka ng kasama (‘yong puwede kang bigyan ng good advice at kumaripas ng takbo o mabilis makahingi ng tulong). Two times na ako nakatanggap ng email from foreigners na gustong ipapadala ko ‘yong product sa kanila. ‘Yoko nga! Kung scam or hindi, talo sa shipment at gusto ko makita in person ‘yong client (baka pogi or blogger rin hehehe).
  • Don’t be a Noob – dagdagan ang iyong online skill and knowledge. 

 

What happened at the I-Ball?

  • Free transportation.  Ako na ang huling sumakay sa EDSA Central pick up point at salamat kay Sir Obet at sa isang staff na nagpaupo sa akin!
  • Delicious dinner – Pinoy lifestyle talaga ang theme kasi pati ICEEEE CREAMMMM ay  Manga’t suman, Champorado at Sapin-Sapin flavour (of Sebastian). Bukod d’yan mayroon ding Tempura Quail Eggs (Kwek-kwek), Sisig Tacos, Chicken Pate on Pita, Tuyo Pasta, at Angus Corned Beef Pan de sal.

  • Rubbing elbows with the bloggers and modern Pinoys- Hi Sir Ricky, Gab, Rhona and Cindy!
  • Open forum about online buy and sell- with DJ Tony Toni of Magic 89.9 and Ms. Vanessa Cartera, Tanya Cabbab (Marketing Manager of AyosDito.ph) and Jon Santico (General Manager of 701 Search Inc. the company behind AyosDito.ph).
  • Meet and greet with  TV actor John Medina (Walang Hanggan) and Solen Heussaff
  • Games – dating game with Solenn and John and find a great deal
  • Presents – t-shirt, notebook and 1GB pen USB flash drive
  • Raffle:  major prizes ay Samsung Phone (‘di ko know ang unit), Fuji Polaroid Camera at Apple I-Pad 3. Dito na papasok ang good fortune dahil ang inyong Hitokirihoshi ang nanalo ng camera, so Mabuhay talaga and thank God!
