Science is boring for most kids and especially sa mga adults. Well, if you go inside The Mind Museum baka ang pagtingin mo or  you will appreciate the significant of this subject. Ako nagsimula lang akong i-appreciate ang Agham nung nasa Grade 6 na ako. I like Earth Science, Physics, and konti ng Biology. Ang hindi ko lang gaanong type ay Chemistry lalo nung pagso-solve ng conversion at pag-memorize ng Table of Elements.

State of the Art Place for Inquisitive Minds

Actually you don’t need to be an inquisitive folk, all you have to do is to let this place entertain, inform and inspire you.  Hindi lamang ito punong -puno ng displays and slogans about  Science  kundi puwede ka ring maglaro, manood at ma-amaze. Para akong bumalik sa elementary when we went there. I saw giant chocolate displays, play around in their computer machines, took pictures sa mga ancient men, watch a fantastic 3D movie ( we watched Ang Simula by Direk Chito Rono) and learned old stuff.

During my field trip days noong high school, ilan sa naalala ko yung Ripley’s Believe or Not Exhibit, Quantum … and high tech place sa Laguna.  Amaze na amaze ako sa mga yun pero hinayang-hinayang din. Why? Para  kasing available lang sila for limited time at mapupuntahan ko lang kapag may school activity.

Itong museum ay malapit-lapit especially it is located sa Bonifacio Global City. Working Mom and Dads or Aunties & Uncle can do bonding moments with  their kids sa pag-ikot sa loob.  Ako na nga na young adult, nag-isip bata sa loob pero yung  parang bibong bata ha.  Ang espesyal pati noong nagpunta kami ay may Da Vinci Exhibit at Cafe Scientifique.

Reintroducing Syensya in interactive ways

Try to invite your friends, probably iilan lang sa kanila ang sasama sa iyo ‘pag sinabi mong punta ka ng museum and may kinalaman sa Siyensya. Remember ayoko ng table of elements? Noong nakakita ako ng presentation nila nito ay hindi naman ako tumakbo papalayo. Inisa-isa ko pa nga yung example like yung banana is potassium.

And oo nga pala almost all subjects are connected to science, na kung tutukan mo even yung writings, languages, fashion, agriculture,  recycling, up-scaling, climate change, dinosaurs and other kinds of inventions lahat may science.

How to  get there

May 2 akong alam na papasok ng Bonifacio Global City (BGC), aside sa pagsakay sa taxi ( inunahan ko lang ang mga pilosopo hehehe)

• Jeep sa may  ibabang part ng Guadalupe MRT station (north bound) Makati – kaso tingin ko masyadong malayo yung lalakarin-
• Bus na pang BGC talaga na nasa likod ng gasoline station at di kalayuan sa Ayala MRT Station (north bound). Pero ask ka na rin kung aling bus ang dadaan mismo sa The Mind Museum kasi may iba-ibang ruta sila. This is the best way at P12 lang ata ang bayad.
